About DTI - DTI Customer Manual

This section is a guide to the many services provided by DTI to its clients and how to tap them. A brief description of the functions of DTI frontline units is provided and organized according to the assistance that the Department renders to its major client groups:

• Investors
• Exporters
• Small- and medium-scale business entrepreneurs
• Businessmen in general
• Consumers

The result is a Customer Manual that acts as a guide to DTI Services available to the public.

Three files are downloadable in this section:

1. 'Manual Cover' - gives an illustration and groups the services rendered by every frontline DTI-attached agency or office.
2. 'Service Matrix' - contains the comprehensive Matrix of DTI Services, versioned according to Service Area.
3. 'Function Matrix' - contains the comprehensive Matrix of DTI Services, versioned according to Functional Group.

It is hoped that these would provide DTI's clients a faster and smoother service experience with the DTI offices.
