Freight forwarders are classified as:

Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers (NVOCCs)

International Freight Forwarders (IFFs)

Domestic Freight Forwarders (DFFs)

Freight Forwarding companies wishing accreditation may directly contact the Philippine Shippers' Bureau for the requirements and procedures.
