The Command Center is the focal point for information on prices and supply of basic necessities particularly on areas declared under a state of calamity. The Command Center is located at the Conference Room, 3F DTI Main Bldg., 361 Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City, and can be contacted through:

Action Officers (AOs) will be manning the Center from 6am-9pm to receive calls from retailers who may have concerns either on price adjustments or on delayed deliveries. The AOs may also assist in verifying with suppliers/manufacturers status of deliveries to retailers here in Metro-Manila and other areas affected by typhoon Ondoy.

The DTI Direct Call Center is also on-hand with information on price and supply of basic goods and may be reached through 751.3330.
