The Bureau of Product Standards (BPS) offers third-party testing of products through its BPS Testing Center, to verify conformity of products to specified PNS.  The BPS Testing Center also serves as support to the BPS Product Certification Scheme and to the research requirements of standards development.  The BPS Testing Center performs electrical, chemical, and mechanical testing of products primarily to support the Philippine Standard (PS) and Import Commodity Clearance (ICC) certification mark systems and the research requirements of standards development
