JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide technical support on trade policy development and lead in negotiations;
Research and analyze existing commitments and legal texts in free trade agreements, gap analysis vis-a-vis
Philippine FTA commitments and domestic legal regime;
Review of proposed laws and regulations to ensure consistency with Philippine trade agreements;
Stakeholder consultations and briefings with key industries and sectors;
Inter-agency coordination and clearances, among others.
