JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing technical support on trade policy development and assist in negotiations;
- Research and analysis of existing commitments and legal texts in free trade agreements, gap analysis vis-a-vis
- Philippine FTA commitments and domestic legal regime;
- Review of proposed laws and regulations to ensure consistency with Philippine trade agreements;
- Stakeholder consultations and briefings with key industries and sectors;
- Inter-agency coordination and clearances, among others.
