Makati City, Philippines—In a strategic effort to promote Filipino digital creatives worldwide and accelerate innovation-driven growth, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) signed a renewed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with leading digital media company, Globaltronics, Inc., at the Office of the Secretary, 14F Filinvest building on June 4.
Through the Creative Industries Development Office (CIDO), the agreement reflects DTI’s strengthened commitment to advancing creativity and innovation under its flagship Malikhaing Pinoy Program. It also bolsters the agency’s broader efforts to nurture Filipino creative talent, promote cultural identity, and expand the global presence of the country’s creative economy.
Aligned with the Bagong Pilipinas directive to promote inclusive and innovation-led growth, this renewed partnership between DTI and Globaltronics leverages digital innovation to amplify the presence of Filipino creatives across public spaces, events, and cultural platforms both locally and globally.
In line with this initiative, the DTI reaffirms its role in cultivating a dynamic creative ecosystem—championing innovation, expanding market access, and positioning Filipino talent for success on the world stage. This commitment reinforces the agency’s long-term vision of empowering creatives as vital contributors to economic development and national pride.

Collaborating with industry leaders like Globaltronics opens more avenues for Filipino creatives to innovate, compete, and thrive in the global digital economy.” said DTI Secretary Ma. Cristina A.
