Under Section 10 of RA11900 or the “Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products Regulation Act”, all vape-selling locations must exhibit clear warnings in their stores about age requirements. It must be visible to avoid misunderstandings and unintentional sales to minors.
