Hong Kong — The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), through the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) Hong Kong, showcased the Philippines’ vibrant fashion industry in Centrestage, Asia’s premier fashion event. This showcase was held from 04 to 07 September 2024 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

In collaboration with the DTI’s Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM), the Philippines’ four-day participation in Centre Stage included business meetings with potential regional partners. A fashion show featuring the country’s high-quality pieces from Filipino designers was also held. These initiatives resulted in an initial sale of USD 338,900.

The Philippine Fashion Show

A diverse range of apparel, footwear, and accessories were showcased by 15 Filipino fashion brands. These brands included Toping Zamora, Hilyah, Erich Minoza, Thian Rodriguez Manila, Strong Village, Atelier Basil, Roweliza, Zapateria, Beatriz, Mjorian Jewelry, Calli, AGSAM Fashion Fern, O’EL Designs, Vesti Bags, and Virtucio.

Each brand’s unique style and creativity—showcased through their innovative and trendsetting collections—captivated local and international attendees and creative and fashion industry traders.
