This Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)-assisted project aims to develop an enhanced training program and curriculum for TESDA and state universities and colleges (SUCs) that are more responsive to the needs of the industries. The project also aims to promote SME integration in the supply and value chains through an enhanced linkage promotion program between large companies and their local suppliers. The target sites for the project are special economic zones in Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, and Cebu.

The proposed project implementation period of this project is from June 2017 to May 2020.
