
Antipolo City, Rizal – 10 aspiring entrepreneurs from Rizal have officially committed to transforming their micro-enterprises through the Department of Trade and Industry’s (DTI) Kapatid Mentor Micro-Enterprise Money & Market Encounter Online Program (KMME-MME) this year. The commitment signing ceremony, marking a pivotal step in their entrepreneurial journey, was held at the scenic Hinulugang Taktak in Antipolo City.
This event served as the culmination of the selection process, where participants formalized their dedication to the program by signing a commitment that outlines their active participation and engagement.
The program was facilitated by Sep Laurel, Trade-Industry and Development Analyst, who guided the participants through the commitment process. Marlene De Luna, Senior Trade-Industry and Development Specialist, provided a comprehensive overview of the KMME-MME program, highlighting its benefits and structure.
The event commenced with inspiring opening remarks from Cleotilde Duran, Provincial Director of DTI Rizal. PD Duran emphasized the significance of the free mentorship program, stating, “This program is the government’s direct support to our micro-enterprises, designed to help them level up and achieve sustainable growth. We urge our participants to take full advantage of this valuable opportunity.”
Sharon Dioco, Division Chief of Business Development, detailed the implementation schedule, ensuring the mentees were well-informed about the program’s timeline and key milestones.



The DTI Rizal remains committed to fostering a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem in the province, empowering local businesses to contribute to the region’s economic development.
