MORONG, RIZAL – The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Rizal actively participated in the Kadiwa ng Pangulo Diskwento Caravan, which was held on November 15, 2024 at the Municipal Town Plaza in San Pedro, Morong, Rizal.

DTI Rizal’s dedicated team, including Senior Trade and Industry Specialist Marlene De Luna, Trade and Industry Development Specialist Noralyn Halimao, and Negosyo Center Morong Business Counselor Leah Mae Clemente, assisted Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in showcasing their diverse products and offerings.

The Kadiwa ng Pangulo Diskwento Caravan, a joint initiative of the Department of Agriculture (DA) in collaboration with DTI and other government agencies, aims to make essential commodities, fresh produce, handcrafted items, and locally-made goods more accessible and affordable to the public. By providing new market opportunities for local producers and ensuring consumers have access to affordable goods, the program seeks to uplift communities, and stimulate economic development.

By participating in this event, DTI Rizal reinforced its commitment to empowering MSMEs and promoting economic growth in the province. ♦
