The annual headline inflation at the national level further accelerated to 4.3 percent in March 2018. Last month, it was recorded at 3.8 percent and in March 2017, 3.1 percent.

Higher annual increments were noted in the indices of food and non-alcoholic beverages; alcoholic beverages and tobacco; housing, water, electricity, gas, and other fuels; furnishing, household equipment and routine maintenance of the house; health; communication; and restaurant and miscellaneous goods and services.
