The Trade and Investments Promotion Group (TIPG), headed by Undersecretary Nora K. Terrado, promotes domestic and international trade and commerce.
Under the TIPG are the following bureaus/attached agencies: 
Bureau of Domestic Trade Promotion (BDTP)
Promotes efficient marketing and distribution of local products and services, and seeks to expand and strengthen linkages among the country’s micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through information exchanges and market matching. BDTP also conceptualizes, monitors, and evaluates programs, plans, and projects intended to create awareness of domestic marketing opportunities for new projects, new technologies, and investments.
Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM)
Assists exporters by developing their core competencies in the areas of marketing, promotion, and capability building through professionally managed and well-selected programs and activities, such as organizing international trade fairs. 
Design Center of the Philippines (DCP)
Promotes industrial designs as a tool for improving the quality and competitiveness of Philippine products. It services the design needs and requirements of small and medium enterprises by providing services on product/package design, product technology demonstration, design & technicical information, and library information on design-related topics.
Export Marketing Bureau (EMB)
Delivers timely and relevant information and assistance to exporters and would-be exporters to enhance their capabilities and global competitiveness as suppliers of quality goods and services to international markets.
Foreign Trade Service Corps (FTSC) 
The Foreign Trade Service Corps (FTSC) is composed of Trade Representatives or Commercial Attaches representing the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in 28 Philippine Trade and Investment Centers (PTICs) across Europe, North America, and the Asia and the Pacific. 
In accordance with the Executive Order No. 540, the FTSC works to advance the country’s trade and investment interests by providing credible information and nurturing relations among foreign and local investors and businesses by bringing down the physical and cultural borders of doing business across countries. FTSC facilitates in a wide support network of consulate offices, trade associations, special interest councils, and our government partners in the Philippines and various trading partners worldwide."
Philippine Trade Training Center (PTTC)
Designs and implements training programs on export marketing and management, entrepreneurial management, quality management and productivity, and trade exhibition management and participation. PTTC conducts post-training advisory and counseling services, offers customized in-company training programs and services, and provides events management support. It is also an events venue for MSMEs and large enterprises to promote their products as it markets, rents out, and maintains exhibition and training room facilities.
