Board of Investments (BOI)
Promotes investments in industries and in the regions for balanced economic development. The BOI is the lead investment promotion agency of the Philippine government.

Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM)
Assists exporters by developing their core competencies in the areas of marketing, promotion, and capability building through professionally managed and well-selected programs and activities, such as organizing international trade fairs.

Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP)
Promotes, accelerates, and regulates the construction industry. Its implementing boards are the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB), the Philippine Overseas Construction Board (POCB), the Philippine Domestic Construction Board (PDCB), and the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC).

Cooperative Development Authority (CDA)
Promotes the viability and growth of cooperatives as instruments of equity, social justice and economic development.

Design Center of the Philippines (DCP)
Promotes industrial designs as a tool for improving the quality and competitiveness of Philippine products. It services the design needs and requirements of small and medium enterprises by providing services on product/package design, product technology demonstration, design and technical information, and library information on design-related topics.

Film Development Council of the Philippines
Responsible for film policies and programs to ensure the economic, cultural, and educational development of the Philippine film industry

Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL)
Oversees and enforces the overall implementation of IP rights, trademarks, and patents.

National Development Company (NDC)
Invests in businesses where the private sector is not willing to venture into.

Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA)
Attracts foreign investors to develop or put up export manufacturing plants or regional warehouses in world-class, environment-friendly economic zones (ecozones). PEZA administers and manages the incentives of approved special ecozones in various parts of the country.

Philippine International Trading Corporation (PITC)
Provides trade and trade-related services to the private sector. The PITC is also engaged in the importation of various commodities and products to stabilize supply and prices in the domestic market.

Philippine Pharma Procurement Incorporated (PPPI)
A subsidiary of the Philippine International Trading Corporation (PITC) and an affiliate of the National Development Company (NDC). It is the only pharmaceutical government owned and controlled corporation (GOCC) tasked to provide low priced quality ensured medicines to the Filipino people and to which the pharmaceutical operation of PITC was transferred to.

Philippine Trade Training Center (PTTC)
Designs and implements training programs on export marketing and management, entrepreneurial management, quality management and productivity, and trade exhibition management and participation. PTTC conducts post-training advisory and counseling services, offers customized in-company training programs and services, and provides events management support. It is also an events venue for MSMEs and large enterprises to promote their products as it markets, rents out, and maintains exhibition and training room facilities.

Small Business Corporation (SB Corp.)
Supports the development of small enterprises by promoting various modes of financing and credit delivery systems.
