The Department of Trade and Industry’s Bureau of Philippine Standards (DTI-BPS) releases the Terms of Reference (TOR) or the Memorandum Circular No. 18-05 for the Department Administrative Order (DAO) No. 16-02, Series of 2016, entitled “The Creation of International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) National Committee of the Philippines (NCP)”.
