Post-Brexit, PH exporters can now benefit from UK GSP

MANILA— President Rodrigo Roa Duterte issued Executive Order (EO) No. 123 that retained the 5% tariff rate on imported mechanically deboned meat (MDM) instead of increasing it to 40%.
