Education:
Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job (preferably BS in Office Administration, Business management and other business-related fields)
Experience:
: Must have at least one (1) year of relevant experience
Training:
Must have four (4) hours of relevant training

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles administrative, human resource, procurement, and finance-related task;
- Prepare and reviews the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents (administrative-, human resource-, procurement-, and finance-related documents) before these are forwarded to the Program Manager;
- Coordinated with counterparts in the concerned regions relative to the tasks assigned by the Program Manager or Program Director;
- Updates the inventory of available supplies and materials, and makes requisitions of needed supplies and materials;
- Performs skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work;
- Manages and records all CFIDP PMO’s incoming and outgoing communications;
- Manages FinMITS, SIMS and DTS systems of the CFIDP PMO;
- Organizes and updates the official appointments of the CFIDP PMO Staff;
- Reports directly to the CFIDP PMO Program Manager; and
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Program Manager or Program Director.
