The 3A Program is a unique training program intended for displaced workers who aspire to be entrepreneurs. Selected scholars will receive DTI livelihood kit/grants to help them start their business. The program starts with a pre-program conference on 15 December 2020.

This free training program is designed for displaced and retrenched workers who are aspiring to become entrepreneurs. To help select scholars to immediately apply their learning, the training sessions are designed with practical approaches and delivered by actual business practitioners. Livelihood kits will be awarded to deserving select scholars to help them start their business ideas after attending the program.
