Dear Undersecretary Pascua:

This is to inform your good office that as part of Ford’s commitment to providing high quality, dependable products and a community of happy customers, we have notified our customer satisfaction program to more than 500 customers of certain Ranger vehicles on August 19, 2016.

Certain 2015 Model Year Ranger 2.2 XLT AT vehicles (Vehicles) have not been fitted with add-on features, as follows, Seatbelt Lamp, Seatbelt minder and Electronic Stability Program (ESP), as specified in the dealer order guide and consumer sales brochure, while these vehicles are originally equipped with the Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) and Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD).

In view of this, customers who purchased theose vehicles are eligible to receive with a one off reimbursement payment of PhP 25,000.00. Additionally, affected vehicles will also receive a complimentary 1 year warranty extension to a total of 4 Years / 125,000 kilometers.
