The DTI-Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP) will be holding the Philippine Construction Congress for Employment Generation with the theme “Build. Build. Build… Usbong Trabaho!” The event will be held on 23 November 2016 (Wednesday) at the Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Manila City from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
