The Department of Trade and Industry is one with the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA) in celebrating National Volunteer Month.

 

PNVSCA has announced that it has began the Search for Outstanding Volunteers (SOV) for 2018 “to recognize the exemplary performance of Filipino volunteers and volunteer organizations in development and nation-building.”

 

The awards are classified into two categories:

 

1. National Outstanding Volunteer Award

2. Volunteer Lifetime Achievement Award

Nomination forms may be downloaded from the PNVSCA website, and may be submitted to the corresponding SOV Search Committees until July 15, 2018.

 

Awardees will be recognized on December 2018.
