NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) will conduct PUBLIC CONSULTATIONS/HEARINGS on the draft DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER (DAO) ON THE IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS (IRR) OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10962 (RA10962), “AN ACT REGULATING THE ISSUANCE, USE AND REDEMPTION OF GIFT CHECKS” otherwise known as the “GIFT CHECK ACT OF 2017”.
The consultations/hearings are scheduled as follows:
