This is to inform the public that the Regional Trial Court of Makati City – Branch 59 has issued ten (10) Warrants of Arrest against MR. NOEL G. REYES, former cashier of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

The warrants were issued in connection with the criminal cases of eighty seven (87) counts of Malversation through Falsification of Official Documents and Republic Act No. 3019 filed against Reyes for misappropriating payments received from clients in behalf of the DTI by falsifying receipts, which the DTI discovered in audit.

Let this serve as notice to the public that Reyes has been dismissed from the service and that any transaction made by him in behalf of the DTI shall not be honored.
