The 3rd Philippine Construction Industry Congress is a gathering of the captains and movers of the construction industry, government policy makers, and foreign and domestic stakeholders.
The construction industry, being the second largest contributor to the growth of the Philippine economy, has generated enormous interest for inbound investments from various infrastructure and construction initiatives of both the government and private sectors. Through this conference, we aim to address relevant issues vital to the growth and sustainability of the Philippine construction industry such as construction industry liberalization, various Philippine government infrastructure initiatives, infrastructure opportunities and delivery models, training and education, and ease of doing business.

EVENT
The Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (ClAP), in collaboration with the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA), will conduct the 3rd Philippine Construction Industry Congress.
Held in time for the 38th CIAP anniversary, the event will converge various key players and stakeholders across the country’s construction sector to discuss policy initiatives related to construction industry, a masterplan for the industry which will be implemented across administrations, various infrastructure delivery options to achieve infrastructure objectives, effect of technology in the future of construction jobs, and the perennial problem of bureaucratic red tape and similar challenges in the industry.. Gathered inputs from the industry shall be utilized in outlining the Philippine Construction Industry Roadmap, in line with the Philippine Development Plan 2017-2022 and the country’s biggest, boldest, and most ambitious mega-infrastructure plan: the ‘Build. Build. Build.’ program.
The event will host five panel sessions that will engage leaders and decision-makers of the construction industry from the private sector organizations, government offices, academic institutions of engineering and architecture, financial institutions, international embassies, and business organizations.

COVERAGE DETAILS
The whole-day event is open for media coverage (Print, Radio, TV and Online). NO press conference will be held but the members of the media can conduct interviews with the lead officials during breaks.
