The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)-Export Marketing Bureau (EMB) has launched the 2018 Philippine Export Guidebook (PEG) special edition for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), during the National Export Congress held on December 7, 2018 at the Philippine International Convention Center, Pasay City.

The PEG 2018 is a simplified reference on export business. It covers the basics of business, from setting up a company to actual exporting, and contains export-related law and issuances, as well as the procedures, documentation requirements, and other processes required by government agencies regulating export.

The DTI-EMB first launched the PEG in 2015 to provide the public with a general guide on exporting from the Philippines. This year the PEG was updated and rewritten for MSMEs and those who are into export business.

The PEG 2018 can be accessed and downloaded on the interactive online platform for exporters and foreign buyers: http://www.tradelinephilippines.dti.gov.ph.♦
