Department of Trade and Industry-Lanao del Norte (DTI-LDN) opened two new Negosyo Centers (NCs) in Pantao Ragat and Poona Piagapo.

DTI LDN, in partnership with the local government of Poona Piagapo in Lanao del Norte, recently launched the Poona Piagapo Negosyo Center in its municipal hall on February 12, 2020.

The official launching was graced by Vice Mayor Imelda Tanggote Polayagan, who attended in behalf of Mayor Muslima Tanggote Macol.

On the other hand, the Negosyo Center Pantao Ragat was opened on February 6, 2020, in the Municipal Hall of Pantao Ragat, Lanao del Norte.

The opening was attended by Mayor Mohammad Daud Nabil Lantud, Secretary Al-Rajie Bayas, their municipal planning development officer, and DTI Lanao del Norte team.

The Negosyo Center is responsible for promoting ease of doing business and facilitating access to services for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Republic Act No. 10644 otherwise known as the “Go Negosyo Act,” seeks to strengthen MSMEs to create more job opportunities in the country.♦
