Culminating thirty (30) years of providing business training programs to the country’s MSMEs, the Philippine Trade Training Center (PTTC) held an appreciation and networking luncheon with the theme, “PTTC Salutes its Partners” on 14 December 2017. The event was attended by 116 representatives from various sectors including MSMEs and invited resource speakers.

Certificates of appreciation were awarded to stakeholders, institutional partners and resource persons in recognition of their contribution to PTTC’s 30 years as a training center.

To encourage potential entrepreneurs to go into business, inspiring stories from Magra Nutrifoods, Vegetari Vegetarian Products and Alafop were presented, with emphasis on the training interventions and programs they availed of, particularly PTTC’s Food Connect Hub, to succeed.

PTTC was created under Executive Order No. 133 signed by President Corazon C. Aquino on February 27, 1987 to provide training services in support of MSME and export development and promotion.♦
