On 8 November 2020, the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong in partnership with the Bureau of the Treasury conducted its webinar about Premyo Bonds 2. Consul General Atty. Raly L. Tejada gave an Inspirational Message to the Overseas Filipino Investors (OFIs). After that Ms. Rosalia V. De Leon, the Treasurer of the Philippines gave a message from the Issuer of the Premyo Bonds.

Mr. Jose Angelo L. Abad, the Senior Manager of the Capital Markets Department of the Development Bank of the Philippines gave a briefing about Premyo Bonds 2. The Vice President of the Assets and Liabilities Management Group of the LandBank of the Philippines, Ms. Adelfa R. Masacupan discussed the ways to invest in Premyo Bonds while abroad. Lastly, the Vice Consul (Commercial) and Commercial Attaché of Hong Kong SAR Atty. Roberto B. Mabalot, Jr. concluded the webinar with a closing remark.♦
