A technology mission was conducted by the Samahang Magsasaka ng Wacal, Inc. (SMWI) on February 15, 2017 in Aritao Demo Farm, Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya.

In attendance were the different representatives from the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) in Aritao, Federation of Aritao Rural Improvement Club (FARIC), Samahang Magsasaka ng Wacal, Inc. (SMWI) and the Department of Trade and Industry- Nueva Vizcaya (DTI-NV) Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP).

The activity provided additional technological ideas for the members of the association that they can use in their production of wines and vinegars.

The members of SMWI also studied the layout of the processing center that will serve as a model for the establishment of their own processing center.
