The Department of Trade and Industry Region 02 recently launched its new online regional product catalogue, the inDOStriya.ph that will help and support the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Cagayan Region to expand their online presence.

The inDOStriya.ph features products proudly made in Cagayan Region and aims to help Negosyo Center clients with market-ready products and service to reach out to new markets thru online presence, and open opportunities for market matching and linkages.

Mark Joseph Panganiban, an e-commerce professional and Executive Director of Digital Commerce Association of the Philippines encouraged participants to maximize the opportunity provided by DTI in promoting their products online.

MSMEs based in Region 02 with market ready products were encouraged to enroll in the website provided that the meet the following criteria: (1) Duly registered with DTI for Sole Proprietorship, Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) for

Partnership/Corporation, and Cooperative Development Authority for Cooperatives. (2) With business permit and license from the City/Municipality where the physical business is located and (3) with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) License to Operate (LTO) for food and cosmetics.

Interested and qualified MSMEs may visit the nearest Negosyo Center in their location to fill out the registration form which may also be downloaded at www.indostriya.ph. They are required to submit a business profile of about 2-3 paragraphs and high resolution individual pictures of products to be enrolled.

As of date, about nineteen (19) MSMEs were enrolled with a total of more than 70 product lines.

Participants during the event were MSMEs from the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, and Nueva Vizcaya.
