On October 5, 2017, Negosyo Center – San Clemente conducted a Fish Processing training for potential entrepreneurs in the municipality.  Thirty four participants attended and Percy Reyes was one of them.  They were taught how to debone and process Smoked Bangus.
Ms. Reyes showed interest in pursuing the learning she got from the training.  She asked for assistance on how to start a business.  Negosyo Center- San Clemente helped her and got her Business Name Certificate under the name “Percy Reyes Food Products” on November 15, 2017.  She was then informed about LGU requirements in getting local business permit.
When the business already started its operation, Ms. Reyes visited the Negosyo Center for product development assistance.  She was provided with label designs assistance and shared in a brainstorming on how to add other flavour to her products.  Now, the business has its own smoke house to cater to the orders from around the municipality.♦
