The Food Safety Department of the Dubai Municipality has released  External Circular, dated 17 July 2018 re: usage of food additives as authorized by the UAE standard UAE.S 192-2016.

Special attention should be paid on the prohibition of the use of the food color E102 Tartrazine, except on allowed items per CODEX: http://www.fao.org/gsfaonline/additives/index.html
