Berlin, Germany — Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) Berlin organized the virtual roundtable meeting between the Healthcare Information Management Association of the Philippines (HIMAP) and Helios Group on 8 August 2022.

Moderated by PTIC-Berlin Commercial Counsellor (CC) Nicanor S. Bautista, among those discussed include potential areas for collaboration in the field of Health Information Management Service, where PH is recognized as a global leader and a top outsourcing destination. CC Bautista was joined by Charges d’Affaires Lillibeth Pono, who gave the opening remarks and Minister Mary Luck Hicarte of the Philippine Embassy in Berlin. HIMAP was represented by Mr. Vince Remo, President and Mr. Juanloz Botor, Chairman for Marketing, while Helios was represented by Dr. Monika Suryavanshi, Executive Director of Helios Architects and Ms. Petra Hoheisel, Senior Manager at the Fresenius Representative Office in Berlin.

Dr. Suryavanshi also shared during the meeting the company’s plan in investing in PH in 2023, which involves placement of low asset infrastructure to service remote localities on the archipelago with telemedicine and patient physical health.
