Berlin, Germany — Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) Berlin Commercial Counsellor Nicanor S. Bautista moderated the roundtable between the Healthcare Information Management Association of the Philippines (HIMAP) and ScaleHub on 9 August 2022.

The discussion revolved on opportunities in helping ScaleHub provide higher value solution products and processes to its clients in Germany and in the EU covering services such as e-medical prescription and nursing document processing that are EU-GDPR and HIPAA compliant. Commercial Counsellor Bautista was joined by Minister Mary Luck Hicarte of the Philippine Embassy in Berlin. HIMAP was represented by Mr. Vince Remo, President and Mr. Juanloz Botor, Chairman for Marketing, while ScaleHub was represented by Ms. Susanne Richter-Wills, Vice-President for Sales EMEA and Mr. Torsten Malchow, Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder. The roundtable was an offshoot of the initial meeting between Commercial Counsellor Bautista and Ms. Richter-Wills at the German Outsourcing Association’s Outsourcing & Shared Services Germany Forum + RPA & Smart Automation Germany Forum last June 2022. ♦
