Mr. Olivier Midiere (third from left), Digital Economy Ambassador of the Mouvement des Enterprises de France (MEDEF), a topnotch business organization composed of more than 700,000 members in France called on Department of Trade and Industry Assistant Secretary Rosvi Gaetos (fourth from left) to discuss interest of the MEDEF to explore partnerships in the digital economy between the Philippines and France.

During his week-long visit to the Philippines, Mr. Midiere met with various IT and electronics associations and companies; internet of things (IoT) specialists and groups; government laboratories for design, testing, and electronics production; various French companies in the Philippines; academic institutions; and social enterprises. Mr. Midiere also before various startup ecosystem stakeholders at the QBO, the private-public incubator housed at the DTI International Building.
