The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Quezon through Negosyo Center Lucban conducted Local Price Coordinating Council (LPCC) orientation and benchmarking activity for the members of the Lucban Municipal Price Coordinating Council on 23 December 2021, at BPY Hall, 2nd Floor Municipal Building, Lucban, Quezon.
Lani O. Constantino, Office-In-Charge Chief of Consumer Protection Division, discussed the composition of the LPCC and its functions. She also gave an insight into the Price Act and Consumer Act. On the other hand, Maria Edel L. Villadiego, Business Counselor of Negosyo Center Tayabas, presented the best practices of LPCC Tayabas Quezon.
After the discussions, an open forum between the resource persons and members of the council was conducted to clarify their issues and concerns.♦
