Key duties and responsibilities of the COS Worker:

  • Coordination with all Posts and preparation of the Annual Work and Financial Plan of the Posts and the FTSC as a whole;
  • Coordination with all Posts and preparation of the Annual Travel Bible of the Posts and the FTSC as a whole;
  • Coordinate and assist all Posts in the Overseas Procurement matters;
  • Responsible in the preparation and monitoring of all Travel Authorities of FTSC for both foreign and local travels
  • Perform all other tasks and duties assigned by the Foreign Trade Service Corps Coordinating Officer.
