The agency continues to provide assistance to the City’s Creative Industries and MSMEs through various product and skills development activities under its major programs such as the One Town One Product Next generation or OTOP Next Gen. The OTOP Next Gen is a flagship program of the Philippine government for MSMEs in stimulating inclusive economic growth. It aims to level up the products and services of the MSMEs through assistance in the areas of product design, quality certification, production, and marketability. DTI is also active in its development programs and initiatives for the Philippine Creative Industries.

The winners were recognized during the Ibaqiw Festival Culmination Program, also called Anido Night, on 30 November 2021 where plaques of recognition and cash prizes were awarded.
