The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Sarangani through Negosyo Center-Maitum collaborated with the Local Government Unit of Maitum to conduct the Local Trade Fair during the 21st Binuyugan Festival and 63rd Founding Anniversary of the municipality on 27 – 31 May 2022 at Municipal Hall, Maitum, Sarangani.

With this, DTI 12 Regional Director Jude Constantine S. Jaugan commended the outstanding initiatives of Negosyo Center-Maitum and the LGU of Maitum in providing our micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) more avenues to promote their local goods.

The activity showcased a variety of products made from cacao, handwoven baskets, vinegar, and many more which were manufactured and distributed by Maitum-based processors. Majority of the exhibiting small business owners are beneficiaries of DTI’s various programs and services. ♦
