We also congratulate all the other recipients honored with this distinguished award.
On May 17, 2023, ISU received the esteemed Proficiency in Quality Management Level II award at the Malacañang Palace ceremony. The PQA is the highest level of national recognition in the country for organizations that have demonstrated exemplary performance excellence and quality management.
