The Department of Trade and Industry R2, in partnership with the Department of Science and Technology – Region 2, LGU Tuguegarao City, and Municipal Treasurers Association of the Philippines – Cagayan Chapter, has formally started the 2-day training on Seminar/Training on Weighing Scales and Test Weights Calibration that will run today, April 11, 2023, until tomorrow, April 12, 2023, at Hotel Carmelita Function Hall, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
The seminar/training aims to capacitate local government units in calibrating weighing scales used by business establishments to ensure that consumers get the best value for their money.
