The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) – Tarlac Provincial Office, in partnership with the Provincial Government of Tarlac (PGT) through the Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office (PCEDO), conducted a seminar on how to negotiate with foreign buyers on May 22, 2023, at the Capitol Center Building, Tarlac City.
The training aimed to capacitate existing and potential Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) exporters of Tarlac which would enable them to negotiate with different types of foreign buyers like importers, distributors, retailers, and online wholesalers. ♦
