LUCENA CITY — The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)–Quezon and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Lucena City officially launched its 31st Negosyo Center in Quezon Province on June 26, 2023, at the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), Lucena City Government Complex, Lucena City.
Lucena City–LGU Zoning Services Head Maria Filomina E. Semilla gave a message and commitment of support on behalf of the LGU, headed by Mayor Mark Don Victor B. Alcala. DTI Quezon Business Development Division Chief Anna Marie V. Quincina gave an overview of the Negosyo Center program, on behalf of Provincial Director Julieta L. Tadiosa, and introduced Negosyo Center Business Counselor Rowell P. Agbaya and assigned LGU Counterpart Jomil P. Javier. The event ended with the formal turnover and launching of the Negosyo Center.
The event was also attended by Negosyo Center Provincial Coordinator Ma. Cristina J. Avio and other LGU officials.
The establishment of the Negosyo Center at the Lucena City Government Complex will further strengthen the ease of doing business for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and potential entrepreneurs. ♦
