On 20 April 2022, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Rizal Provincial Office joined national government agencies in the implementation of the Integrated Sustainable Assistance, Recovery and Advancement Program (ISARAP) at Brgy. Bagong Nayon, Antipolo City. This ISARA Program is a convergence program of national government agencies and departments to provide assistance and deliver government service to the people. Among the participants of the said activity are from the Department of Agriculture, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), Department of Health (DOH), Technical Education And Skills Development Authority (TESDA), National Housing Authority (NHA), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Department of Education (DepEd), Land Transportation Office (LTO), and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

The main program started at 1:00 in the afternoon, highlighting the speech of guest speaker Sec. Leoncio “Jun” B. Evasco, Jr., Presidential Adviser on Streamlining of Government Process, Office of the President. The said activity is intended to inform the public about the programs of the government and its accomplishments. The Department of Trade and Industry – Rizal Provincial Office together with the eleven LSP-NSB out of 80 beneficiaries in Antipolo to present the 2021 LSP-NSB accomplishments. As livelihood program of DTI, LSP_NSB is assisting the small businesses affected by the pandemic, natural and human-induced calamities. The beneficiaries received sari sari store livelihood kits.

Moreover, DTI Rizal Provincial Director Mr. Desiderio G. Jurado III graced the activity together with Business Development Division assisting potential and existing MSMEs in business consultancy. Business Counselors helped walk in clients in facilitating business name registration. DTI Rizal provided information materials to the 11 beneficiaries of LSP-NSB and those who successfully registered their business. The program successfully ended at 3:30 PM. ♦
