The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Rizal Provincial Office conducted another free webinar entitled “Driving Up Your Customer Satisfaction” featuring Ms. Chiqui Escareal-Go, President and CEO of Mansmith and Fielders Inc. as the expert-resource speaker of the activity. Held on 28 July 2022, Thursday, via Zoom, hosted by Negosyo Center Sampaloc Business Counselor, Aryan F. Llamasares.

With only two sessions left before the finale of Collaborative Harnessing Assistance for Mentoring Program (also known as CHAMPS) for SMEs, the day’s session was about finding the right track to achieve excellent service through customer-centricity as a strategic plan. Ms. Go shared a prolific presentation about having a good mindset to drive customer delight. She covered the topics of keeping the brand promise, training the staff on different customer concerns, setting customer expectations, and handling a complicated situation that may affect the reputation of the business.

The webinar was participated in by 48 participants, including; CHAMPS beneficiaries, LGU staff, and other business owners.♦
