The Seminar on Basic Inventory Management was successfully conducted by the Department of Trade and Industry – Rizal Provincial Office through Negosyo Center Rodriguez and in partnership with Most Holy Rosary Multi-Purpose Cooperative last 16 November 2022 facilitated by Ms. Grace Masilongan, NC Rodriguez Business Counselor.

The program started with a prayer led by Mr. Neil De Guzman of MHRMPC and a welcome message delivered by the Marketing Membership and Community Development Manager of MHRMPC, Mr. Rymar Brioso. Afterward, Ms. Masilongan introduced the resource speaker, Mr. Dennis A. Orlina, the President and Philippine Representative of the ASEAN Handicraft Promotion and Development Association.

Mr. Orlina started the interactive discussion on how businesses turned online during the pandemic season. Afterward, he discussed the meaning of inventory management, the relation to supply and operation management, the purpose of inventory management, the supply chain matrix, the strategies for inventory management, and the input, process, and output of inventory management. The participants actively joined the discussion with Mr. Orlina by sharing what they have learned during the session.

Moreover, the MHRMPC promotes different programs and services to encourage non-members participants to join their cooperative.

The program concluded with the thanksgiving message of Ms. Marlene G. De Luna, Negosyo Center Coordinator of DTI Rizal.

The Seminar on Inventory Management was attended by LSP-NSB and PPG Beneficiaries of DTI-Rizal from Rodriguez and San Mateo and other cooperative members of MHRMPC. ♦
