Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Quezon’s Shared Service Facility (SSF) Program successfully accomplished its 2021 third quarter meeting via Zoom on 26 August 2021 to discuss the targets vs accomplishments of each cooperator, upcoming events, and important announcements.

Provincial Director (PD) Julieta L. Tadiosa welcomed all the SSF cooperators and DTI Quezon staff.

SSF Provincial Coordinator Ma. Graciela C. Ledesma started with the agenda of the meeting. Then she presented the targets vs accomplishments of the 42 SSF established in Quezon Province. This was based on their monthly submission of the SSF status report which includes jobs generated; sales; micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs); and other clients assisted. It was followed by the announcement of the upcoming webinar on October 2021 entitled “SSF Occupational Health and Safety Webinar”.

Afterward, SSF Support Staff Dara Jannes C. Obmerga shared the SSF status report template and gave the cooperators instructions and reminders in accomplishing the report. She also reminded everyone its deadline every 25th of the month.

Then SSF Provincial Coordinator Ledesma discussed SSFs for donation lined-up for this year and its requirements. She also announced the cooperators with expired usufruct and with equipment for disposal and that they can now prepare the documentary requirements for submission.

BDD Division Chief Anna Marie V. Quincina gave an enlightening closing remarks to all the attendees of the meeting.

This was participated by 23 SSF cooperators with operational and partially operational SSF Projects under the different industry clusters in Quezon Province. ♦
