CABUYAO CITY, LAGUNA – The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) – Laguna Provincial Office, through Negosyo Center Cabuyao, conducted a webinar on content creation for online businesses as part of the Department’s Small Medium Enterprise Roving Activity (SMERA).

The webinar was held via Zoom on 23 April 2021, to help micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) adapt to changes in the “new normal” as people strive to keep normalcy in their lives amid pandemic restrictions. This activity became an avenue to help MSMEs build brand awareness, turn engagement into qualified leads, and establish new business collaborations.

With the emergence of digital marketing, not only are we learning the latest news updates but we are also reaching out to people to really connect with them. In line with this, we need to have powerful content to express a great value proposition and help nurture future prospects into exploring our offerings. Thus, we need to be competitive and make strategic decisions that will strengthen our businesses.

In this webinar, MSMEs were given insights to help them understand the most cost-effective ways that can add value to their organization offerings. By creating social media updates, photos, and even videos, they will help build trust among clients who will perceive their content as being genuinely valuable to them. Furthermore, the webinar participants also learned about finding content that may help them start, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and other collaborations.

The event was facilitated by Negosyo Center Business Counselor Jean S. Resurreccion with a total of 68 participants.♦
