Rizal, Laguna – The Department of Trade and Industry Laguna conducted webinar in partnership with Isuzu and Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI).
In order to help micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to have more opportunities with regards to ecommerce and financial management, Isuzu and BPI in partnership with Negosyo Center Rizal conducted a webinar. The said activity was headed by Charmaine Cuya, sales officer- assistant manager of BPI and Jelly Poso, Negosyo Center Business Counselor (NCBC) of NC Rizal.
The webinar started with an enthusiastic welcoming remarks from the provincial director of DTI Laguna, Clarke S, Nebrao. Speakers from Isuzu and BPI-AIA were also invited. Mr. JV Lopez Jr. discussed different trucks that will help MSMEs specially in this time of pandemic. On the other hand, John Emanuelle Ramos discussed about different ways on how MSMEs can protect their business and importance of protecting businesses. Ms. Cham Cuya offered different loan programs that will help MSMEs. Ms. Rona Angulo from Small Business Corporation was also invited to talk about Pondo sa Pagbabago at Pag-asenso (P3) Cares Program offered by SB Corporation in partnership with DTI Laguna. Program regarding 13th month pay of employees from a DTI registered business was also emphasized to help different MSMEs.
The recently conducted webinar was attended by a total of 33 participants from different areas of Laguna. Overall, the conducted webinar ended with flying colors. ♦
